SAGA National Convention 2019

SAGA National Convention was a few weeks ago now but it takes time when I get back to go through photos and edit them, plus I have to start work on the next issue of SAGANews!

But here are a few pictures from the event to enjoy. If you did attend, maybe seeing these will make you think about joining the fun next year when Convention will be in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Vintage Hangers

I found this collection of vintage children's hangers while I was away for a few days in western Pennsylvania. They are so different from the plain plastic ones you find today. A special hanger for special clothes!

No win for Wes....

Wes did not win a raffle basket at the SAGA Chicago Retreat this past weekend, but never the less he had a wonderful time at the banquet and was pleased for everyone who did win. There were 36 baskets, so lots of chances to win.

 

Wes also enjoyed meeting lots of friends who had come to the retreat. So many that we had to take two photos to get them all in!

 

 

Hope everyone made it home safely and Wes hopes he will see some of you again really soon in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.

The locations for the 2015

 Smock Across America Retreats

 were anounced!

The locations and dates are:

Las Vegas, Nevada -February 26 - March 1, 2015.

 

Greater Chicago Area-July 16 -19, 2015

 

Valley Forge, Pennsylvania- September 24-27, 2015

 

 





Teachers and classes to be announced later, but start planning as there are so many decisions to make:

 

Visit a place you have never been and make a vacation of it?

Pick a city close to home so you can take classes without the expense of flights?

Attend all three, because you just can't miss out on the chance to take classes and meet freinds?

 

Whatever you choose, you can be sure you will have a great time!
