Eight Weeks to Sewcation!

So, only eight (8) weeks until the SAGA Sewcation in Orlando, Florida begins! Yes, eight weeks!

Time to make sure you will be ready. So here are a few reminders-just in case there is something you may have over looked.

1.       Hotel room booked (and for the correct dates)?

2.       Travel arrangements made- Flights/transport to and from the airport?

3.       Class requirements list made and items located?

4.       Artisan card found?

5.       Essential items like clothes/shoes planned?

6.       Sewing machine reserved?

7.       Wee Care™ contest entries completed?

8.       Raffle basket donation planned?

9.       Lists for family left behind begun?

So, eight weeks is two months, but what with getting children ready to return to school or college and planning what you need to have completed to make things run smoothly at home while you are away, time will soon disappear!

So if you are attending SAGA Sewcation, you may just want to start doing some serious planning!

Hotel reservations can be made from the SAGA website (www.smocking.org).

Transport to and from Orlando airport be booked here: Mears Shuttle Service-www.mearstransportation.com. It is $36.00 round trip.
